Geneviève is an experienced paralegal specialized in various areas of business law. She is a senior transactional paralegal in corporate services.
Geneviève assists the lawyers with the preparation of closing documents in connection with various corporate transactions involving, among other things, mergers, acquisitions, arrangements and fiscal and commercial reorganization. Geneviève conducts minute book reviews and performs various corporate searches in the context of due diligence.
She also assists the lawyers with the drafting of corporate documents relating to, among other things, incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, dissolutions, registrations, share provisions, rollovers, estate freeze, trusts and various other share transactions.
After several years as paralegals, Geneviève launches her own paralegal firm and forms Corpo Juri-Forget inc. Her main goal is to offer professional cost-efficient services to lawyers and notaries and to provide an excellent personalize customer service to her clients.

Marie-Claude is a junior paralegal that recently obtained her diploma in paralegal studies from the Collège CDI. After a training in woodworking, she began her career based on manual work that leaded her with time through more administrative tasks in the design of timber frame. Marie-Claude had always been interested in the legal field and handling more administrative tasks brought her to paralegal studies.
She joined Corpo Juri-Forget as a student and opted to pursue her career within our paralegal firm. Marie-Claude assists with the preparation of corporate documents namely, handling annual maintenance, incorporations and organizations, basic share transactions and changes with respect to directors, officers, shareholders and head office. She is also conducting various corporate searches and registrations with the authorities.
Alyssa Leonard is newly paralegal, after a career change. She was a flight attendant for several years. Alyssa studied at Concordia University and holds a BACHELOR's degree in Anthropology with a minor in Law. With a passion for law and after touring the world, she decided to pursue her passion for Law and train in Legal Techniques at CDI College to become a paralegal.
She did her internship at Corpo Juri-Forget and now works full-time as a junior paralegal. Alyssa assists, among other things, in legal incorporations and organizations, annual maintenance and exempt market distributions.
